“This company claims to be among Fiserv's "World’s Most Admired Companies." They should reconsider using this title. I recently had a terrible experience with Clover. I called to inform them that my business was changing and that I would be processing larger transaction amounts. I asked if there was anything I needed to do, and they assured me that there wasn't. However, after I took a payment from a new client, they canceled my system and froze my account. I called numerous times to request a solution, but they told me I had to leave the company. I have never been so embarrassed in front of a client for being unable to fulfill their services. Just when a miracle was happening for my business, these guys took it away. — Ceylon Caffeine”

“Months and months of bad experiences. Mostly with Clover Capital. They fraudulently took out thousands of dollars from my company account and it was a nightmare to try to talk to the person/department in charge. Then the service was horrific and I had to fight for weeks with no collaboration on their end. I had written proofs and documents proving their error or fraud and still, no action. I had to take legal actions and contact my ban for help. I am gladly returning all equipment and cancelling all services. As a company owner, we rely on these services to alleviate the workload, this was not the case. On top of this long and unnecessary problem, Clover will generally charge you fees and adjustments fees that no one in the company can understand or detail you. Going back to your monthly statement or contract will not explain those hidden fees either. This company is not doing things right and it is a shame. I highly do not recommend.”

“Horrible horrible company. I can't emphasize this enough. I haven't used them in years for any merchant processing and all of a sudden I got charged $120 as some new fee they're starting to charge customers. I can't get rid of the fee. They don't answer the phone and when they answer the phone after 2 hours they hang up on me. They should be out of business. Update: Been on hold now for 4.5 hours to try and cancel my account.”
